The Union-Towns Home Builders Association has professed to be a professional organization and, in joining, all members shall pledge themselves, their company and all members thereof, including their subcontractors, to the highest standards adopted or elected by the Ethics Committee of the Association.  All members pledge the following:

A.   Business shall be done in a legal, good, and generally-accepted businesslike manner.

B.  Advertisements shall be truthful and factual, not misleading.

C.  Deposits or earnest monies shall be protected for consumer or purchaser.

D.   Warranties, if any, shall be clear and maintained to the best ability of giver.

E.  All codes and inspections shall be complied with to the best of one's ability.

F. Complaints shall be examined and corrected or rejected promptly.

G. Care shall be given to public relations in the highest degree.

H. Cooperation with consumer shall be a maximum.

 I. Cooperation with the Union-Towns Home Builders Association and Ethics Committee shall be mandatory.
