Membership in the Union-Towns Home Builders Association is an investment that brings benefits from three organizations.  As a U-T HBA member, you are automatically a member of the Home Builders Association of Georgia (HBAG) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).  Your tri-level membership helps insure the voice of the building industry is heard at the local, state, and national levels.  The HBAG office is located in Atlanta, Ga; the NAHB offices are in Washington, D. C.

Join Building Industry Allies

When you join U-T HBA, you join forces with over 221,000 trade allies throughout the nation.  Members include home builders, developers, remodelers, subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers, financial institutions, insurance companies, and many more.

Develop Relationships

You will have many opportunities to develop relationships with other members to create long-term business relationships and friendships.  The Union-Towns Home Builders Association prmotes members doing business with members.

Gain Exposure for Your Company

Each year, members are offered the opportunity to further support U-T HBA and increase their company's exposure. 

  • Members may sponsor dinner meetings
  • Members may participate as sponsors for golf outings, door prizes, Table-Top Night sponsors, or other sponsorships throughout the year
  • Builder Members may participate in the annual Mountain Living Showcase Parade of Homes
  • Associate Members may participate in the annual Mountain Living Home Show

Your package will be mailed within 7 days.  If we receive your completed form with a check for $350.00 made payable to Union-Towns HBA, prior to our next Board meeting (held on the third Monday of each month prior to our monthly dinner meeting) the Board will consider your application for approval.
